Terms of Service

At a glance
By using InLinked you agree to these terms. You stay in control of your data and your outreach. We generate target lists and message drafts from the information you give us, but we never send anything on your behalf — every message is copy-to-clipboard only, and it is your responsibility to comply with LinkedIn's terms and applicable anti-spam law when you do send.
1. Who you are agreeing with
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Harry Dewhirst, based in Singapore ("InLinked", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the InLinked website and product. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What InLinked does
InLinked takes a brief or goal you provide, along with optional uploaded files, website URLs, and an export of your LinkedIn connections, and produces:
- A tiered list of target companies and personas.
- A ranked list of warm-intro paths from your network to those targets.
- Outreach drafts (LinkedIn DM, email, intro-request) for any match you choose.
- An optional share link your colleagues can use to contribute their own network.
The service is a software tool. Outputs are AI-assisted suggestions — you decide what to send and to whom.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You sign in using your LinkedIn account via "Sign In with LinkedIn using OpenID Connect". You must use accurate information and keep your LinkedIn account secure — anyone with access to your LinkedIn account can access InLinked as you.
- One account per person. You may not share access, transfer your account, or use it on behalf of someone else without their permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use InLinked to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or any communication that violates anti-spam law (UK PECR, EU GDPR direct-marketing rules, US CAN-SPAM, or your local equivalent).
- Use any automated tool to send the messages we generate. The drafts are copy-to-clipboard only; you must send each one yourself, and you remain bound by LinkedIn's own terms when you do.
- Upload data you do not have the right to use, including connections lists obtained without consent, stolen documents, or content protected by other people's confidentiality obligations.
- Use the service to harass, defraud, deceive, or threaten any person.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or sublicense the service, or use it to train a competing AI model.
- Attempt to circumvent any security measure or access another user's data.
We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of this section, including without notice if the breach is material or ongoing.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload to InLinked — your brief, your files, your website content, and your Connections.csv. You also keep ownership of the outputs we generate for you.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, transmit, and process your content to the extent necessary to operate the product for you (including by sending the relevant parts of it to the third-party services listed in our Privacy Policy). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except as required for backups, abuse detection, or legal compliance for a reasonable period.
You confirm that you have the right to upload everything you upload, and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, or other person's rights.
6. AI-generated content
The target lists, matches, and outreach drafts are generated using Anthropic's Claude API based on the information you provide. AI output can be incorrect, out of date, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you act on it, and for the consequences of any message you choose to send. We make no warranty that AI outputs are accurate, complete, fit for any particular purpose, or non-infringing.
7. LinkedIn and other third-party services
InLinked uses LinkedIn's sign-in product to authenticate you. We do not have any other access to your LinkedIn account — we cannot read your connections through their API, send messages, or take any action on LinkedIn. Anything you do on LinkedIn (including sending the drafts we generate) is subject to LinkedIn's own User Agreement and their policies on automation, scraping, and outreach. You are responsible for staying within them.
Other third-party services we rely on (Anthropic, Neon, Vercel, Jina AI) are listed in our Privacy Policy. Use of those services through InLinked is subject to their own terms as well.
8. Fees
InLinked is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before any fee applies to your account, and you can stop using the paid features at any time. Continued use of paid features after notice will be treated as acceptance of the new fees.
9. Termination
You can stop using InLinked at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email harry@dewhirst.net.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we permanently discontinue the service. Where reasonably possible we will give you notice and a chance to export your data first.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. licences you have granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate or appropriate for any use.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InLinked and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) SGD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InLinked and its operator from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the service in breach of these Terms or applicable law, (b) any content you upload, (c) any outreach you send using drafts generated by the service, or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
13. Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If we make a change that materially reduces the functionality you rely on, we will use reasonable efforts to give you advance notice.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where the change affects your rights, notify signed-in users by email or in-product banner. Continued use of the service after the change takes effect counts as acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect intellectual-property rights or confidential information.
Nothing in this section affects any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
16. Miscellaneous
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms continue in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
- Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
